Bright Red Tempered Glass Enamels 4101

4000 series of tempered glass enamels (pigment) is mainly used for decorating auto glass, appliance glass, furniture glass, glass ceramics and architectural glass as well as roll printing. This series of products is featured of high gloss, excellent acid and alkali resistance, and strong hiding power.

Tempering temperature: 680~720℃  Firing temperature: 600~650℃

Paste-oil ratio
Powder lot: Varnish (8006) = 1：0.25~0.3
If paste is adhered on the screen when printed, we suggest adding a small amount of thinner (801902) into the paste to adjust the viscosity and ensure a sustained printing.

Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE)      (75~85)×10-7/K（50-300℃）

Acid and alkali resistance
Acid resistance: No sharp trace on the surface after dipping in 3.5% hydrochoric acid solution for 10-15min at room temperature.
Alkali resistance: No sharp trace on the surface after dipping in 10% caustic soda solution for 10-15min at room temperature.
